1) Summary

We designed Style by Tone to respect your privacy. We do not save any user data and we do not use cookies. Any inputs you provide (e.g., an image to analyze) are processed ephemerally to generate a result and are discarded immediately after processing.

2) What We Process (Ephemerally)

• Inputs you provide: Text, images, or other content you submit to receive a result.
• Basic technical events: Minimal, transient server events strictly necessary to deliver responses (e.g., an in-memory request ID). We do not persist these beyond what is technically required to deliver the response in the same session.

3) What We Do Not Do

• No storage of Personal Data.
• No cookies (first-party or third-party), no local storage, and no tracking pixels.
• No analytics profiles, no advertising identifiers, no cross-context behavioral ads.
• No sale or sharing of Personal Data as defined by CPRA/CCPA or similar laws.

4) Third-Party Services

We do not embed third-party trackers. If we link out to another site, that site’s privacy practices apply. Review their policies before using their services.

5) Security

We apply reasonable security measures appropriate to an ephemeral-processing service (e.g., transport encryption). Because we do not retain data, residual risk is primarily limited to the moment of transmission and processing.

6) Your Rights

Because we do not store Personal Data, typical rights requests (access, deletion, correction, portability) generally do not apply. If you have questions or believe data was retained in error, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

7) International Transfers

We do not retain data. To the extent transient processing involves infrastructure in other regions, this occurs only to deliver the Service and without storage.

8) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or as defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect or store children’s data.

9) Changes to this Policy

If we change our practices (for example, if we later introduce optional accounts, analytics, or cookies), we will update this Policy before the change takes effect and clearly describe any new processing and your choices.
